伽玛刀治疗分泌型垂体腺瘤

Gamma Knife Radiotherapy for Hypersecreting pituitary adenomas

目的 评价伽玛刀治疗分泌型垂体腺瘤在控制肿瘤生长和改善内分泌异常方面的作用和疗效。方法 从1997年7月到2 0 0 2年12月,对10 6例接受伽玛刀治疗分泌型垂体腺瘤患者随访期12～6 9个月。对其影像学,内分泌水平,临床症状和并发症进行统计研究。结果 10 6例患者均完成随访,对随访终点指标的评价表明随着时间的延长,垂体腺瘤瘤体得到有效控制、激素水平逐步下降、临床症状得到改善和并发症少。结论 伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤对控制肿瘤生长和改善内分泌异常的作用均是安全和有效的,且并发症少。

Objective In this study the authors evaluated the efficacy of Gamma Knife Radiotherapy (GKR) in the treatment of hypersecreting pituitary adenomas.Both the tumor growth and endocrinologcial response of hypersecreting pituitary adenomas after gamma knife radiosurgery were evaluated.Methods From June,1997 to Sept.2002,106 patients who were diagnosed as hypersecreting adenomas were treated with GKR and they were followed up for at least 12 months(12～69 months).The treatment data had been detailed and evaluated.Results 106 patients were followed up for 12～69 months.Follow-up endpoints were evaluated and show controlled tumour growth,endocrinological normalization,clinical symptoms improvement and few complications.Conclusion Gamma knife radiosurgery as a primary surgical treatment for hypersecreting pituitary adenomas can be safe and effective with few complications.
