摘要 用60Coγ射线处理高免卵黄液,研究了不同剂量、剂量率对霉形体的灭活效果和对卵黄抗体的影响。结果表明,60Coγ射线可以完全杀灭高免卵黄液中的霉形体,霉形体在卵黄液中的灭活剂量为6.0kGy;10.0kGy以下的辐照剂量不影响卵黄液中蛋白质含量、pH值和活性氧自由基,同时不影响抗体效价。 The egg yolk purified from the egg of intensely immunized hens was treated by ()^(60)Coγ designed to investigate the killing effect for mycoplasma and the resulted impact on the yolk antibody. The results showed that the mycoplasmas contained in the egg yolk were all destroyed by the ray with a killing dosage of 6.0 KGy;the dosage less than 10.0 KGy would not affect the protein content of the yolk, pH value, active oxygen radicals and the antibody titer.
