Advances of breast conservation surgical therapy for breast cancer

摘要 随着对乳腺癌生物学特性的进一步认识及诊疗水平的提高,保乳手术终将逐步取代改良根治术而成为主要术式。笔者就乳腺癌治疗观念的改变、保乳手术及其适应证、保乳治疗的技术保障等方面进行综述。
