外科治疗伴浸润性突眼的原发性甲状腺机能亢进患者的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 为探讨甲状腺次全切除术对原发性甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)患者浸润性突眼的影响,笔者将61例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组31例以双侧甲状腺次全切术治疗为主,辅以甲状腺素片口服,对照组30例以药物治疗为主,两组分别在治疗前及治疗6个月和1年后检查眼球突出度,并作疗效评价。结果示两组治疗后6个月,1年后突眼度无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组在治疗后TT3,TT4,TSH水平差异显著(P<0.05),而治疗组高代谢症候群均消失。结论对于伴浸润性突眼的甲亢患者,还是可以进行手术治疗的。
