CT引导下注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用

Clinical application of CT guiding collagen enzyme injection in the treatment of interlumbar disc herniation

目的探讨CT引导下注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效与操作要点。方法50例临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症患者均经CT引导下注射胶原酶治疗,其中,30例为盘内注射,20例为椎体后路突出物内注射。治疗后40例患者经随访1个月至3个月。疗效判定标准采用了4级分类法。结果在治疗后经随访的40例患者中,39例的主要症状与体征得到有效控制或明显改善,未发生与该治疗操作相关的任何并发症,总有效率为98%。结论CT引导注射可以明显提高操作的准确性,只要严格控制适应证和正确掌握操作方法,疗效是肯定的。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and procedure gis t of CT guiding collagen enzyme injection (CEI) for treating interlumbar disc hern iation (ILDH).Methods Fifty patients with clinically diagnosed ILDH underwent CT guiding CEI,of them,30 cases received intradisc injection and 20 cases received intraprocessus injection of lumbar bodies.40 of 50 patients were followed up fo r one to three months after treatment.The four grade classification was used to identify the therapeutic effect.Resutls The main symptoms and signs in 39 of 40 patients who were followed up were controlled effectively or improved markedly.T here were no any complication related to the procedure.The total effective rate was 98 %.Conclusion CT guiding injection can greatly elevate the procedure accu racy.If only the indication is carefully controlled and the procedure is correct ly performed,the efficacy of this method is certain.
