摘要
用放射免疫法(RIA)测定自殖性东乡伊蚊内源性蜕皮激素(Ecd)水平,同时解剖观察该蚊卵巢发育情况。实验结果显示,该蚊刚羽化时即具有较高水平的Ecd(70.27pg/♀),整个动态呈双峰趋势,一个峰出现在羽化后1~3h,平均Ecd水平为81.32pg/♀,另一个大峰出现于羽化后15~18h最高值达96.78pg/♀。这种Ecd动态与该蚊卵巢发育动态关系十分密切,即卵泡及卵泡大小均在Ecd高峰后迅速增长,直至成熟。
The endogenous ecdysone titer in whole body extracts of autogenous mosquitoAedes togoi was determined using a high specific α-ecdysone(Ecd)radioimmunoassay(RIA).Itwas found that there were measurable Ecd levels in whole period of ovarian development of thismosquito species. The Ecd profile revealed a smaller peak and a second larger one. Just at emer-gence,Ecd titer was 70.27 pg equivalent of α-Ecd per female,and then rapidly reached a firstsmaller peak at 1-3 hrs after emergence with a mean titer of 81.32 pg per female. A second larg-er peak of Ecd level appeared at 15~18 hrs after emergence with a mean level of 89.75 pg per fe-male and the highest value of 96.78 pg.Then the Ecd level dropped to 35 pg per female over thenext 48 hrs.At the same time,a follicle size and follicle developmental degree of this mosquitowere observed.The results indicated that their increase was successive and the fastest growingphase were,respectively,at 24-36 hrs(for follicle size) and 36-48 hrs(for follicle developmen-tal degtee)after emergence. A comparison of the Ecd level with a follicle size and developmentaldegree(reflecting vitellin deposition into oocytes)suggested a causal relationship between thehormone titer and normal ovarian development.
