教师是新课程改革的具体实施者、研究者及影响改革成功与否的关键因素,必须澄清认识,并对自身教育理念进行反思从而树立科学的教育观念,本文中的新视野分别指向学生、师生关系、课程、教育同行和评价标准这五项内容。

Teachers are the executives and researchers of the reform in new courses and the key factors which have an impotrant bearing on success or failure in the reform.We must have a right understanding of this problem,reflect upon our educational idea and frame the concept of scientific education.The new horizons in this paper refer to students teacher-student relationship,curriculum,persons of the same trade and a standard of judgement.
