目前,由于各方面的原因,自治区高校人才培养与社会的人才需求之间出现了一些矛盾。如何尽快解决这些矛盾是全区上下十分关心的问题。

For various reasons,it has been in contradiction with social needs for talents to train qualified personnel in Xinjiang colleges and universities.It is a matter of interest to everybody how to promptly resolve the contradictions.
