论儿童早期人际交往智能的习得与培养

On the Acquirement and Cultivation of Children’s Early Intellectual Ability in Human Communication

人际交往智能,作为人智能结构的一个重要方面,在现代社会中已日益得到重视。培养儿童具有一定的人际交往能力,建立和谐的人际关系,学会与他人合作、共处,已成为当今教育的重要目标之一。本文试图就儿童早期人际交往智能在其发展中的重要作用以及如何培养的问题进行初步探讨。

As an important respect of human being’s intelligence structure, the capacity of intercourse with other people has been attached importance increasingly in modern society. Cultivating children to bear certain capacity of intercourse with other people, to establish harmonious relationship with other peoples and learn to cooperate and coexist with other people, all of which have become one of vital targets in current education. This thesis tries to elementarily discuss in nonage of children, how the capacity of intercourse with other people plays a significant part in their developments; and how to cultivate this capacity.
