经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生

Transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate for treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (Report of 100 cases)

目的:探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的安全性和疗效. 方法:回顾性分析经尿道等离子体双极电切治疗前列腺增生100例患者临床资料. 结果:术中出血少,无前列腺电切综合征,术后随访3～6个月,最大尿流率由术前8.2 ml/s升到术后19.5 ml/s,国际前列腺症状评分由术前25分降到9分,剩余尿由56 ml减至10.8 ml,无尿失禁. 结论:经尿道等离子体前列腺切除术具有安全性高、并发症少、疗效好的优点.

Objective:To assess the safety and efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate (TUPKVP). Methods:100 patients (mean age of 75.5 years,range from 52 to 95) with symptomatic BPH were treated by TUPKVP. Results:All patients were followed up of 3-6 month postoperatively.The peak flow rate increased from 8.2ml/s to 19.5ml/s;The IPSS decreased from 25 to 9,Residual urine volume decreased from 56ml to 10.8ml. Conclusions:It is suggested that TUPKVP is effective,high safetyt and less complications.
