将CAD/CAE/CAM全面引入机械学科教学的探讨

On Introduction of CAD/CAE/CAM into Teaching Mechanical Subject

传统的机械产品开发方法不能及时发现设计上的错误,须试制样机,造成时间、人力和资金的大量浪费。CAD/CAE/CAM一体化产品开发方法将以往在制造及检测阶段才能发现的问题解决在设计阶段,大大缩短了开发周期。机械设计人才应当掌握现代设计与制造方法,以适应大型现代化企业的用人需求。因此,将CAD/CAE/CAM全面引入机械学科教学非常必要。

Traditional developing method of mechanical products can not detect mistakes of design in time and needs to manufacture samples,thus wasting time,manpower and money.Integrative CAD/CAE/CAM product-developing method reduces the developing period and solves problems previously found in manufacturing and testing period in the designing period. To adapt to the needs of large modern enterprises, mechanical engineers should be cultivated to master modern designing and manufacturing methods. CAD/CAE/CAM should be introduced into teaching mechanical subject and former emphasis of teaching should be adjusted.
