论校本课程开发之“赋权予教师”

摘要 “赋权予教师”是校本课程开发的基本前提。真正有效的赋权,应以促进学生个性发展和教师专业化发展为根本目的,以充分信任教师的潜能为观念前提,以教师较好的综合素质为内在保证,以教育行政管理部门充当的指导、检查和监督为外在条件。
