逆城市化道路对中国城市发展的启示

The Counter-cities' Enlightenment to the Development of Cities in China

20世纪70年代以来,西方发达国家城市发展中出现了一种新现象,即由于城市化过程中出现的交通拥挤、犯罪增长、污染严重等问题的压力逐渐增大,出现了城市人口开始向郊区乃至农村流动的普遍现象,城市出现'空心化',城市发展进入逆城市化阶段.本文分析逆城市化的具体问题,指出对中国城市发展的启示.

From 1970s, some new phenomena turned up in the development of cities in the western nations. Because of the crowded traffic、the increasing crime rate、serious pollutions, etc, along with the development of cities, the people in urban districts began emigrating to the suburban districts, even to the rural areas on a large scale. The urban districts were becoming hollow gradually. The development of cities has become to a new period, the period of counter-cities. The article analyzes the concrete problems of the counter-cities phenomena, then give advice to development of cities in China.
