摘要
根据微格教学的特点,采用对比实验的方法,将传统的教学技能培训方法与用微教学培训教学技能进行比较分析,探索教学技能培训的优化模式.
According to the perculiarity of the micro standard teaching,the paper compares the traditional teaching method with the micro standard method of teaching in skill′s training using the method of comparing experiment and probes into the superior model of teaching skill′s training.
