Information Communication in International Relationship

在全球化的国际关系以及信息全球化的国际传播中,信息传播有愈加突出的作用:既形成信息传播空前开放式格局,又给信息大国垄断提供了可能。由此,建设公正合理的国际传播新秩序的对策和原则更加必要。

In this paper, the author analyses the issue of international relationship and international communication in the condition of the globalization .On the one hand, it makes the structure of information opener. On the other hand, it makes impossible for information domination country to corner the world. In the author's view, as the reason of increasing affection of information communication in the international stage, the countermeasures and principles of building just and reasonable new order of international communication are brought forward.
