不同剂量吡喹酮治疗埃及血吸虫病1627例的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF 1 627 CASES OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS HAEMATOBIA WITH PRAZIQUANTEL OF DIFFERENT DOSAGES

本文报道在马里共和国某医院工作期间，采用不同剂量吡喹酮治疗１６２７例埃及血吸虫病患者的临床疗效。甲组１１８７例，给以４０ｍｇ／ｋ，顿服；乙组３２１例，给以１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，日服３次，连服２ｄ；丙组１１９例，给以５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，顿服。治疗后３个月，镜检尿内虫卵，３组比较，以乙组疗法的疗效为最佳，虫卵阴转率达９６．６％，表明吡喹酮分次给药的方案较单次顿服为佳，且无药物副作用。

A total of 1 627 cases of scmstosomiasis haematobium had been treated with praziquan-tel of different dosages by the Chinese Medical Team in Mali.The patients were all con-firmed by egg detection in urine examination and were divided into three groups.Group A,1187 cases,were each given a single dose of 40 mg/kg of praziquantel.In Group B,321 cas-es,were each treated with 10 mg/kg of praziquantel,t.i.d.for two days.In Group C,119cases,were each administered with one dose of 50 mg/kg of praziquantel.Three months af-ter treatment,the urine egg negative conversion rates were 88.5%,96.6% and 89.1%,re-spectively.It was showed that Group B gave the best efficacy and produced fewer side ef-fects,suggesting that the regime of praziquantel treatment given in divided doses is betterthan that given at a single dose.
