摘要 技术进步对经济增长的贡献率,既能测定科技成果转化的情况,又能反映科学技术对经济增长的作用。关于技术进步对经济增长贡献率测算方法的研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。在前人研究成果的基础之上,重新论证了Solow余值法的正确性和局限性,并进一步提出了一种更加深入且现实可行的测算方法——指数法。 It was American economist Solow (R. M. Solow) who proposed the method of calculating the contribution rate of technical change to the economic growth firstly, he brought the technical change into the function of the economic growth for the first time in the article of ″Technical Change and the Aggregate Production on Function″ in 1957. The contribution rate to the economic growth of technical change can calculate the situation of transformation of scientific and technical achievements; can reflect the function of science and technique on the economic growth. Study on the method of calculating of the contribution rate to the economic growth of technical change has important theoretical and empirical significance. Based on the previous research, this article argued the exactness and limitation of Solow residual value law again, and put forward a new calculating method-Index law with feasible reality further.
