摘要
以高新区科技人力资源流动为研究对象,结合区域知识溢出理论,探讨高新区内部科技人力资源流动机制。同时,依据硅谷计算机科技人力资源流动模型,对高新区科技人力资源流动进行分析,提出基于知识溢出的高新区科技人力资源流动对策,为高新区发展提供借鉴。
Regarding the scientific and technological employee flow as research object, this paper preliminarily discusses the mechanism of Scientific and Technological Employee Flow (STEF) in high-tech industry cluster based on regional knowledge spillovers theory. Meanwhile, according to the model of Silicon Valley computer industries STEF, we analyze the STEF in High-tech Industry Cluster, and bring forward countermeasures to STEF in High-tech Industry Clusters based on Knowledge Spillover, which provide reference to develop High-tech Industry Clusters.
