硝普钠与酚妥拉明治疗肺结核大咯血疗效对比研究

Comparison of efficacy of sodium nitroprusside and phentolamine in treating massive hempoptysis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 探讨硝普钠治疗肺结核大咯血的疗效和安全性。方法 对比分析应用硝普钠与酚妥拉明分别加垂体后叶素静滴治疗肺结核大咯血4 8例的止血效果。结果 硝普钠组有效率为91.6 %。酚妥拉明组有效率为6 6 .7% ,两组相比较,差异非常显著(P <0 .0 1)。结论 硝普钠加垂体后叶素治疗肺结核大咯血速度快,疗效确实,不良反应少。

Objective To evaluate hemostatic effect and security of sod iu m nitroprusside in treating massive hempoptysis in patients with pulmonary tuber culosis.Methods The therapeutic effects of sodium nitroprusside and phentolamine in 48 patients were compared.Results The effe ctive rate of sodium nitroprusside in treatment of massive hempoptysis was 91.6% ,and that of phentolamine was 66.7%;there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Sodium nitroprusside is efficacious against massive hempoptysis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosi s with rare side effects.
