摘要
由于糠醛废水酸性较强(pH值为2~3),因此很难通过传统的酸碱中和来调整pH值,从而影响生物处理效果.而采用铁屑过滤池处理时,利用铁和氢离子的氧化还原反应调节废水的pH值,并结合厌氧/好氧生化法去除COD、BOD5,可使出水达到<污水综合排放标准>(GB8978-1996)的一级标准.
Furfural wastewater is high in acid content with pH of 2-3, and so it is very difficult to adjust pH by means of acid-base equilibrium, and thus affecting the biological treatment effect. When the iron dust filter was used for the wastewater treatment, pH values could be controlled by oxidation-reduction reaction of iron and hydrogen ion, and meantime, COD and BOD 5 could be removed by anaerobic / aerobic bio-chemical process, so that the effluent could come up to I-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
