科学发展观是真善美辩证统一的发展观:它是以隐含求真务实为认识前提而求发展之真的发展观,是以提倡以人为本为价值基础而求发展之善的发展观,是以蕴含和谐发展为审美准则而求发展之美的发展观。
The scientific concept of development is the dialectical unity among the True, the Good and the Beautiful. The True means seeking truth from facts in the down-to-earth spirit in development. The Good stands for putting people first in development. The Beautiful refers to efforts for the harmonious and coordinated development.
