摘要
加快西南省区发展的关键在于具备大批高素质的人才,尤其是科技人才队伍建设。文章重点阐述了西南省区科技人才的现状,从如何引进人才,引进什么人才,怎样使用引进人才三个方面进行分析,提出西南省区引进科技人才的对策。
The key to accelerating the development of the provinces of south-west China lies in having a large number of the talents with high-qualities. This paper mainly explains the present situation of talents in the provinces of south-west China and brings forward the measures on what kind of and how to introduce talents and how to put to the best use of talents.
