高等农业职业技术教育人才培养模式的实践与探讨

Discussion on the Practice of Personnel Training Model in the Higher Vocational and Technical Education of Agriculture

我国高等职业技术教育属起步阶段,尚未形成一套适合我国国情的人才培养体系,特别是高等农业职业技术教育人才培养还存在许多亟待研究和解决的问题。本文结合山西农业大学的办学实践,对高等农业职业技术教育的专业设置、人才培养目标、制定教学计划、以及实践教学等有关问题进行了探讨,以期为高等农业职业技术教育的加速发展和不断完善提供有益的借鉴。

Now our country's higher vocational and technical education is still in the starting stage,which has not formed a personnel training system fit for our country's current situation.There are a lot of problems to be studied and solved especially in educational personnel training.Based on the practice of shanxi Agricaltural university,this paper sums up the problems in higher vocational and technical education of agriculture,such as offered cources,aims of personnel training,formalation of the teaching plan and the experimental teaching.It provides useful references to accelerate the development and further improvement of higher vocational and technical education of agricultural.
