济宁市历史悠久,早在一万余年以前,就有先民们在这片土地上生息居住。夏、商、周方国众多。秦汉至唐宋,诸郡、州、府分属。元、明、清后用名济宁。今领二区、三市、七县。总面积一万零六百八十五平方公里。

Jining city has a long history. simce over 10,000 years ago,there has been ancestors in this land, who brought up their chudren from one generation to another. Xia,shang and zhou had a plenty of adjunctive cowlltries. from Qin and Han to Tang and song,each canton,shire and Country had its own leader. Since Yuan,Ming and Qing,they begarn to hame it 'Jining' ,Now,it is made up of two regions, three cities and seven countries,its area is 10685 square Kilometres.
