摘要 以环氧氯丙烷和三甲胺为主要原科在水相条件下合成阳离子醚化剂CHPTMAC是一种经济实用的工艺路线。合成过程中的副产物对产品的应用性能影响明显,采用不同的催化剂可以降低副产物在产品中的含量,添加经过处理之后的金属氧化物可降低副产物的生成量,降低了产品纯化的难度,节约了后处理成本。 Taking the epichlorohydrin and trimethylamine as the main raw material to synthesize the product cationic etherifying agent under the condition of water mutually is a kind of craft route with practical economy. The output of vice - outcome of the process of synthesize is obvious to influence the application function of the product. Adopting the different catalyst can lower the content of vice -outcome in the raw product, especially after adopting the process processing of metals oxide can lower the born quantity of the vice - outcome effectively. As a result, the difficulty of the purification process is lowered and the processed cost is economized.
