摘要
近年来,研究生物钟产生自激振荡过程的机制越来越复杂,获得的数据亦在不断增多。这是由于哺乳动物的蛋白数量比低等的动植物的蛋白数量多。因此,研究哺乳动物的生物节律的实验数据不能通过以前的简单数学模型来处理。本文综述了近年来研究的哺乳动物的生物节律数学模型。
Experimental data on the circadian rhythm in mammalian are vast and diverse. Therefore, mathematical models are needed to piece these data together and to study overall clock behavior. Previous models have focused on Neurospora and Drosophila. Recent mammalian experimental data become more complex because gene duplication has led to more proteins in the mammalian system than in lower organisms. Hence, experimental data on the circadian rhythm in mammalian cannot be pieced together by modeling simple one. This article reviews important models of circadian rhythm in mammalian.
