摘要
加强学校领导班子的能力建设关系到高等学校改革、发展和稳定的大局,关系到能否把高等教育真正办成让人民满意的教育。当前,加强学校领导班子的能力建设,就是要用党的十六届四中全会精神指导学校党的工作。要加强学校领导班子自身建设,着力提高推进学校改革发展的能力;增强民主和法制观念,着力提高科学民主决策的能力;善于团结和激励师生,着力提高调动教职工积极性的能力;加强勤政和廉政建设,着力提高党员干部拒腐防变的能力。
Quality construction of colleges' leading group concerns the overall situation of the reform,development and stability of the institutions of higher learning,and also people's degree of satisfaction with colleges and universities.At present,to strengthen quality construction of colleges' leading group is to guide the work of the school party with the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Party Congress.We should strengthen the self-building of leading group of the school;advance reform and development of the school;strengthen the concept of democracy and rule of law;improve the ability of scientific decision-making;unite and encourage teachers and students to arouse their enthusiasm;be hardworking and against corruption.
