摘要
氨基酸复合盐是上世纪80年代出现的新型氨基酸产品。本文介绍了L-赖氨酸-L-谷氨酸盐等八种氨基酸复合盐的研制及应用的领域,意图为氨基酸复合盐在国内的推广应用提供参考。
