利用超临界流体技术对营养物质的萃取和分馏

摘要 在过去的十年里,食品工业中呈现出了新的趋势,这包括人们对食品质量和安全的意识增强了,对天然产品更加偏爱,还有对产品中溶剂残留水平的规定也更加严格。这些趋势促使超临界流体技术成为对活性成分进行萃取、分馏和离析工艺上的首选,从而将取代传统的溶剂方法。超临界流体技术具有无可比拟的诸多优势,如无任何有机溶剂残留,对不同的混合物质能够进行有选择性的萃取和分馏。对于传统工艺来说,所有这些优点几乎是不可能以低运行成本轻松达到的。文章将阐述超临界流体技术在营养物质和生物活性成分方面的萃取和分馏应用及其现状。
