Reflect on the Idea of Life-long Learning

终身学习的现代内涵,是指在时间观念上,变一次性学习为终身学习;在空间观念上,变封闭的学校学习为开放的社会学习;在价值观念上,变学历学习为学力学习。践行终身学习理念,要建立行政上的终身学习推进体制,要健全各种教育设施,同时要积极进行终身学习成果的评价和认证。

The connotation of life-long learning reflects on changes in several aspects.In time concept learning once has changed into life-long learning. In space concept, closed-school learning has changed into open society learning. In concept of value learning for diploma has changed into learning for ability. To put the fheory into practice, administrative life-long learning system must be set up. So are all kinds of educational installation. The evaluation and certification for the results of life-long learning must be carried out.
