摘要
振动筛在工程中用于物料的筛分。根据实际生产对振动筛高生产效率与低动力消耗的基本要求,以单位生产量的功率消耗最小为目标,建立直线振动筛的优化设计数学模型,并编写MATLAB语言文件进行了实例计算。结果表明了该方法的有效性。
The vibrating screen is used for screening materials in engineering. In this thesis, on the basis of basic demand for linear vibrating screen with high production and low power loss, the mathematical model with the pursuit of minimal power loss per productivity is established, and the optimization technique is used to find the optimized solution by means of making MATLAB optimization program. Result confirms the validity of this method.
