摘要
通过对神火铝电有限责任公司炭素厂的YG60型阳极炭块成形机工艺流程及电气控制系统的分析,主要致力于解决其控制系统的软硬件设计的问题。从控制过程及控制要求的分析出发,对上述问题的一种解决方案进行了详细的阐述。
Through the analysis to the technological process and the electric control system of the model YG60 anode carbon pieces of shaping machine in a carbon plain of the Shenhuo Aluminium Electric Co., Ltd. This paper devotes to solving the problem of the software and hardware design of the control system. From the analysis of the control process and demands, the paper dissects a kind of solution of above- mentioned problem in detail.
