摘要
旋转机械转子动静碰摩是旋转机械常见的故障之一。针对现状,以刚度为分段线性的Jeffcott转子为动静碰摩的简化模型,建立了系统模型的运动微分方程,并进行了碰摩故障的仿真计算。经过大量的试验,观测了转子碰摩故障下的运动规律。试验结果与基于碰摩力模型的仿真结果一致,并对诊断和抑制旋转机械轴系异常超标振动有积极意义。
The rub-impact of rotor-to-stator often occurs for high speed rotating machinery. The paper bases on Jeffcott rotor as model, and has set up differential coefficient equation. Numerical integral results indicate that different forms of rub-impact are taken on with the change of unbalance force and speed ratio. Meanwhile rotor to stator rub takes on abundant frequency characteristics. Rubbing-impact vibration of turbine shaft is also analyzed in detail based on the simulate test. The results of the test are identical with the theoretic contribution and help to diagnose and restrain rubbing-impact between stator and rotor for the plant.
