浅谈解装配尺寸链的一种方法

A New Solution of Dimension Chain of Fitting Method

提出了求解装配尺寸链中修配环尺寸的一种新方法。该方法首先建立修配后的装配尺寸链,求出修配后的修配环尺寸,由于它的公差为虚公差,即它的上偏差小于下偏差,将它的上、下偏差交换;再建立由修配量参与的工艺尺寸链,从而求出修配前的修配环尺寸。最后用一个实例说明该方法是正确的。

A new solution of fitting method is put forward in the paper.Firstly,post-fitting assembly dimension chain is set up in the method and the value of fitting loop of post-fitting is obtained.As the tolerance of fitting loop is a virtual tolerance whose upper deviation is less than lower deviation its upper and lower deviations are exchanged.Secondly,process dimension chain concerned with fitting margin is established,so the value of fitting loop of pre-fitting is derived.The method is proved to be correct by an example in the end.
