锥柄立铣刀在使用过程中,部分出现脆断现象,通过对立铣刀热处理工艺、焊接工艺、金相组织的分析,找出了脆断原因是热处理操作不当所致,规范操作工艺后,提高了立铣刀的生产质量和使用寿命。

There appear to be some phenomena of partly.During the use of crank milling cutter,via analyzing the heat treatment process.The solder process and the metallo organization for the milling cutter,the reason why the false operation of the heat treatment leads to the milling cutter's breaking is spotted.After correcting the wrong means,right operation not only increase the quality of production with the milling cutter,but also prolong the use life of it.
