“理想点法”在土地利用规划方案评价中的应用

The Application of the Method of Ideal Point to the Evaluation Project

采用“理想点法”来构造评价函数, 以评价函数的最优解作为规划方案的最优解, 以山西省土地利用规划方案评价为实例, 探索土地利用规划方案评价的新方法。采用理论建模与实证分析相结合法进行研究。研究结果表明: “理想点法”能反映出规划方案间的细微差别, 对规划方案的优劣做出正确的、有效的评价, 且评价结果真实可靠。通过研究得出该方法是土地利用规划方案评价的较好方法之一。

The evaluatingfunction was constructedby applying the method of ideal-point,and the optimism solution of evaluatingfunction was solved as the optimism solution of planning project. The land use planning project evaluation of Shanxi province was studied. The method of theory-model and example analysis were employed. The result is showed,the tiny difference of planning project were reported inthe ideal-point method, and the evaluating result was proper, was effective and credible. Therefore,it could be one of good method for land use planning project evaluation.
