Mechanisms of Decision and Coordination in Network Organization:an Equilibrium Between Centralization and Decentralization

在网络组织治理逻辑框架内分析企业网络化合作的决策协调机制及其作用机理,可以认为基于资源部分让渡与共同拥有的重大合作事件的共同参与决策,基于知识分裂的分工业务的分散独立决策以及借助发达的信息网络技术的互动式相机协调,是网络组织治理中保证决策科学性的三大基石。网络组织成为解决集中化和分散化困境的有效方法。

Under the framework of governance logic of network organization, this paper analyzes the mechanisms of decision and coordination of networked cooperation among firms. It can be concluded that the three major foundation stones of guaranteeing scientific decision in the governance of network organization are: the common participation and decision in major cooperative events on the basis of resources concurrent holding and partly releasing, the independent decision-making on the basis of divided works of knowledge division, and the contingency coordination of interaction style through developed information technology. Network organization has become an effective method to solve the centralization-decentralization dilemma.
