β-环糊精与表面活性剂对铜与铬天青S显色增敏的研究

Enhanced sensitivity of the chromogenic reaction for copper and CAS by β -CD and surfactant

研究了在表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、β-环糊精存在下,铜与显色剂铬天青S的显色反应.结果表明,在pH=5.4 的酸性介质中,配合物最大吸收波长:592 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为:5.02×106 L·mol-1·cm-1,增敏效果明显.

The chromogenic reaction for copper and CAS was studied,which was affected by SDBS and β -CD. The result showed that the largest absorption wavelength of complex was 592 nm,the molar absorptivity was 5.02×10 6 L mol -1 cm -1 when pH was 5.4.The effect was very evident.
