心肌肥大过程中的信号转导 被引量:20

摘要 心肌肥大是一常见而重要的临床的现象,它的发生发展涉及到诸多因素,机制尚未完全阐明。本文从酪氨酸激酶受体gp130、小G蛋白家族、蛋白激酶C、丝裂素活化蛋白激酶和钙信号等方面介绍心肌肥大相关信号转导途径的研究近况,并对今后的研究方向作一探讨。
