ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A_2与心血管疾病 被引量:6

摘要 ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2 在血循环和动脉壁均有促动脉粥样硬化的作用。在血浆中,ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2修饰脂蛋白形成小颗粒致密低密度脂蛋白,从而增加发生心血管疾病的风险。在动脉壁,ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2 水解脂蛋白,使之与蛋白聚糖的结合更紧密,从而导致脂蛋白在血管壁滞留时间延长,发生聚集和融合,最终导致细胞内脂类的蓄积;经过修饰后的脂蛋白也可以被其它酶修饰或巨噬细胞吞噬,引起脂类的蓄积,引发动脉粥样硬化。另外,ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2 的水解产物非酯化脂肪酸和溶血磷脂也可以促进动脉粥样硬化的形成。本文就ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2 与心血管疾病的关系进行综述。
