渤海周边陆区常规重质油油田开发经验

Some development experience of conventional heavy-oil fields in onshore areas around Bohai Sea

在对渤海周边陆区10个不同类型常规重质油油田的开发实践进行调研的基础上,总结了这些油田在开发方面的有效做法和经验:充分利用天然能量,适时早期注水;完善注采系统,分层系开发,适时进行注采调整;搞好油田开发中后期的油藏精细描述,提高剩余油动用程度;开发后期强化注水系统,提高水驱储量动用程度;放大生产压差,减缓层间矛盾,提高产液量,延长稳产期;采用有效的稳油控水措施,控制含水率上升;有一套适合油田特征的钻采工艺系列。

For the ten conventional heavy oil fields with various types in onshore areas around Bohai Sea, the developing practices are investigated, and some useful experiences in development are summed up: (1) The natural energy of reservoirs should be sufficiently used, with early waterfooding in time; (2) separate zone development should be carried on by improving injector producer systems, with adjustments of injectors and producers in time; (3) During the middle late of development, refined reservoir descriptions should be carefully conducted in order to increase recovery of residual oil; (4)During the late stage of development, water injection systems be enhanced in order to increase recovery of waterflooding reserves; (5)Production pressure differences should be increased in order to reduce conflicts among different layers, to improve fluid output and to extend production plateaus; (6)It is necessary to take effective measures to maintain oil and control water, in order to prevent water cut from rising; (7)A set of technological processes in drilling and production is needed, which should be suitable for these fields.
