摘要
劳动分工理论是现代经济学和管理学的基石,基于分工理论建立起来的职能组织结构是一种纵向的金字塔式结构,而业务流程再造(BPR)则旨在打破职能部门之间的界限,建立以客户为导向的横向组织形式。对于业务流程再造理论是否否定了劳动分工理论这一深层次问题,答案应是否定的。分工理论并没有过时,但是分工在组织中的表现、分工的形式、合理分工程度等发生了变化。
The theory of the division of labor is the foundation of modern economics and management. Functional structure that is set up according to the theory of the division of labor is a hierarchical organizational structure like a pyramid, and BPR aims at breaking the boundary of the functional structure and establishing customeroriented and lateral form of organization. Does BPR negate the theory of the division of labor? No. The theory of the division of labor is not out of date, but the division of labor in modern organizations takes different forms and labor is divided in different degrees.
