摘要
本文介绍了通过试验室研究、生产实践对立窑能用低热耗烧成高强度水泥熟料的研究和应用效果.探讨了全黑生料煅烧煤耗低的原因,以及小料球煅烧节能增产的机理.进一步认识了立窑的煅烧潜力.
Results of study and application on the calcination of high-strength cement clinkers in the shaft kiln with low heat consumption through laboratory experiments and practice are presented in the papers the reason why the coal consumption is low and the production in-creases in the ealcination of black raw meal and the mechanism of energy-saving are discussed. The potential ability of shaft kiln in calcination is further recognized.
