双芯光纤制作工艺研究

The Fabrication of Double-core Optical Fibers

本文对双芯光纤的结构参数进行了初步设计,对制作工艺进行了研究.采用负压缩棒法解决了棒管工艺中预制律与套管的结合问题.通过加强对套管组件的清洗及抛光处理,结合负压缩棒工艺,基本消除了界面气泡,可制备出双芯单模及双芯多模光纤,光纤参数与设计参数基本吻合.

Double-core optical fibers are fabricated by MCVD method. The structural parameters are designed preliminarily. The bubbles in the preforms are removed by using vacuum collapse technology. Optical fiber parameters are basically in accordance with the designed parameters.
