In the past decade,theoretical and experimental research on Ga(In)NAs material system has been studied widely.Fromtypical experiments,fourtheoretical models and its shortcomings have been discussed.Inthe lastpart,abnormal band strucˉture and optical properties of Ga(In)NAs is summarized and analyzed in detail through our research work,and further exploˉrations and investigations have been suggested by concluding all of these theoretical and experimental results.
