非青霉素类药物治疗梅毒的研究现状被引量：3

摘要青霉素一直是治疗梅毒的最佳首选药物,但一些患者对青霉素过敏,甚至发生严重的过敏性休克反应,其治疗就成为临床工作中的一大难点。目前,能够替代青霉素治疗梅毒的药物主要有3大类抗生素,即四环素类、大环内酯类、第三代头孢菌素类。但相关临床资料有限,评价比较困难。
