农村中学生向村民进行艾滋病健康教育的效果评价

摘要 目的:了解海南省农民艾滋病知识水平,评价利用中学生传播艾滋病知识的效果。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取琼海农村2个乡镇分别作为实验组和对照组,对实验组中学生开设性健康教育课,并指导其将所学知识进行再传播给家长及周围社区居民,比较实验组和对照组农民干预前后预防艾滋病知识掌握情况。结果:实验组农民艾滋病知识知晓率提高20%以上,远高于对照组。其中又以传播知识和态度的改变最为显著,行为的变化最小。结论:由中学生到家庭、社区的健康教育再传播模式是完全可行的,是经济有效的,值得进一步推广。 Objective: To learn the knowledge level of peasants in Hainan province and to evaluate the effect of disseminating AIDS knowledge by middle school student. Methods: Two districts are selected by randomized cluster-sampling from the rural region of QiongHai(the intervention group and the control group), giving sexual health education courses to middle school students and a guide to disseminate the knowledge attained to their family and the people around them in one of the two districts(the intervention group), compare the difference of AIDS knowledge level before and after the intervention between two groups. Results: After the intervention,the passing rate of AIDS knowledge of the peasants of the intervention group is 23.25 % higher than before,paticularly on the transmission knowledge of and attitude to AIDS, while the practice of the peasants have no significant improvement after the intervention. Conclusions: The health education method to disseminate AIDS knowledge by middle school student is practicable and effective and worthy to be popularized.
