1102名中学生艾滋病健康教育的效果评价

AN EVALUATION ON THE EFFECT OF AIDS KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION TO MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT

目的:了解海南省中学生艾滋病知识水平,评价以讲座、录像、宣传画册等手段对中学生进行艾滋病知识健康教育的效果。方法:抽取琼海中原镇华侨中学的1102名中学生对他们进行性健康与艾滋病健康教育课程讲授及观看影视录像等,比较干预前后各项预防艾滋病知识掌握情况。结果:干预后学生艾滋病知识水平较干预前有显著提高,特别是艾滋病传播途径知识和对艾滋病的态度方面有明显的改进。结论:对中学生进行艾滋病健康教育的效果良好,我们所采取的教育方式方法是可行的,并值得推广。

Objective: To learn the knowledge level of peasants in Hainan province and to evaluate the effect of disseminating AIDS knowledge to middle school student by a course of lecture,kinescope,etc. Methods: 1 102 students were sampled for a health education intervention in QiongHai, giving sexual health education courses to them.compare the difference of AIDS knowledge level before and after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, the AIDS knowledge level of the students improved greatly than before, particularly on the transmission knowledge of and the attitude to AIDS. Conclusions: The health education method that we have adopted to disseminate AIDS knowledge to middle school student is practicable and effective and worthy to be popularized.
