黄白液对男性复发性生殖器疱疹患者P物质的影响

EFFECTS OF HUANGBAIYE ON SUBSTANCE P IN MALE PATIENTS WITH RECURRENT GENITAL HERPES

目的:观察黄白液治疗男性复发性生殖器疱疹(Recurrent genital herpes,RGH)治疗前后P物质的变化。方法:采用放射免疫法测定治疗前后测血浆、皮损中P物质的含量。结果:治疗前P物质比正常值高,治疗1个疗程后P物质含量降低(P<0.01),治疗2个疗程后持续降低,但仍较正常值高(P>0.05)。结论:黄白液治疗RGH使患者血浆、皮损中P物质含量降低。

Objective: To investigate the different substance P level in lesions of recurrent genital herpes (RGH) before and after HuangBaiYe (HBY) treatment. Methods: The contents of substance P in serum and lesions were determined before and after the treatment. Results: The level of substance P was higher than normal value and began to decrease after the first course treatment, and continued to fall during the second course(P <0.01), but it was still higher than normal(P >0.05). Conclusion: HuangBaiYe treatment can decrease substance P in serum and lesions level in the patients with RGH.
