摘要
目的:探讨单用纳络酮或醒脑静与二者联合应用治疗酒精中毒的临床意义。方法:将148例酒清中毒随机分为纳洛酮治疗组、醒脑静治疗组及纳洛酮+醒脑静联合治疗组,各组除常规治疗外,分别用纳络酮或醒脑静及二者联合应用。结果:纳洛酮治疗组和醒脑静治疗组对患者的平均催醒时间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而纳洛酮与醒脑静联用的平均催醒时间明显优于前者(P<0.01)。结论:纳洛酮与醒脑静联合应用对酒精中毒的疗效明显优于单用纳洛酮或醒脑静,值得在临床急救中推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of naloxone and/or Xing Nao Jing (a kind of traditional drug) in treatment of alcohol toxicosis. Methods: 148 cases of patients were randomly divided into three group: treating with naloxone, Xing Nao Jing and naloxone plus Xing Nao Jing respectively. In addition to the regular treatment, the patients in each group were treated with Nalotone, Xing Nao Jing,and Nalotone plus Xing Nao jing respectively. Results: Both naloxone and Xing Nao Jing group showed no significantly different for the average sobrieting time of the patients (P >0.05).But much less time was required for patients' sobriety in naloxone plus Xing Nao Jing group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Naloxone plus Xing Nao Jing show better therapeutic effect than naloxone and Xing Nao Jing only, so they deserve to be recommended in the emergency treatment of alcohol toxicosis.
